How we aim to reskill

Through the funds we generate by selling the mini-wallets designed by famous French designer Anne Marie and produced by financially underserved girls employed by this, we aim to conduct workshops to reskill the unemployed. By conducting workshops in different fields including- but not limited to- hairdressing and mehendi, our target is to employ the people rendered unemployed during the pandemic. By benefiting from this workshop, we would be able make them employable or self-employed, allowing them to make themselves independent.

Workshop with AML Paris' Anne Marie

Anne Marie conducted a one day design thinking and skilling workshop with our women craftsmen .It was an immersive and innovative experience at the end of which the women were well equipped with the skills to make beautiful cotton pouches.
